Who we are
This website is operated by Ryudo Labs, an IT consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us via the contact form on our website.
What information we collect and why
Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is submitted via Web3Forms and delivered to us by email — it is not stored by us in any database. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example, which pages are most visited and how long people spend on them). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised data about your visit, including your approximate location, browser type, and device. This data does not identify you personally. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent, which is given by continuing to browse the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Fonts. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may involve your IP address being processed by Google. We use Google Fonts to provide a consistent visual experience. No personally identifiable information is stored by us as a result of this. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for further details.
Cookies
This website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics. These are analytics cookies used to distinguish users and sessions, and to compile statistical reports on website activity. They do not contain personally identifiable information.
No other cookies are set by this website. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions. See their privacy policy.
Google Analytics — website usage analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
Google Fonts — web font delivery. See Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries are retained only for as long as is necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, after which they are deleted from our email. We do not maintain a separate database of enquiries.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the form on our website and we will respond within one month.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
